Compared with 2018, 2019 was a bit of an off year. Sales of Single-Family Residences were down 2.5% (511 to 498) and the Median Recorded Selling Price was up a mere 0.7% – from $560,000 to $565,000. But, that overlooks the fact that 2018 was record-breaking – the best year the Sedona Real Estate Market has had since 2005.
